How the Matching Works
Clients begin by registering with a business email and discussing their desired outcomes with Joy. The system generates an editable brief that clients can review. As the directory expands, clients will receive up to three eligible suggestions and can select whom to contact; introductions are facilitated via email by the 10xJoy team.
Builder Profiles
Builders are required to create a profile detailing their services, include a work example, and submit their profile for human review before being listed in the gallery. Notably, project work, scope, contracts, and payments are negotiated directly between clients and builders, without mediation from 10xJoy.
Availability and Terms
During this early beta phase, 10xJoy is free for both clients and builders. The launch invites the first builders to join the platform and seeks feedback on whether Joy simplifies the process of finding and hiring talent.
